In Morocco, women are facing unemployment rates at a record high.

For 23-year-old Ilham, the lack of opportunities after her divorce meant she struggled to provide for her daughter. The weight of uncertainty and fear for their future was overwhelming. However, things began to change for the better.

Through IDRF’s culinary training program, women like Ilham are able to take charge of their own destinies. This initiative provides women from underserved backgrounds with practical skills to pursue sustainable livelihoods.

Beyond the training, the program brings a strong sense of community, support, and encouragement needed to rebuild their lives. With newfound hope and determination, women like Ilham are paving their own path, creating brighter futures for themselves and their families.
